William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy turn 80 years old (in real life) during March 2011. These two are forever connected in my mind, from the Original series of Star Trek, which ran from 1966 to 1969. It was more popular in syndication than it was when originally aired. There have been five "spinoff" television series from the original Star Trek. I think that is a record. There have also been eleven "
Star Trek
" movies. These two guys are legends. They are imprinted in television history forever.
